The Kent, 200 East 95th Street

Inspired by the grand New York City apartment buildings of the 1920s and '30s that line Park Avenue, The Kent is a new ground up residential building on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

The building is elegantly rendered in brick, limestone, steel, and bronze, classic elements interwoven with contemporary details. Oversized windows are a key element in the facade design, which focus on maximizing views and minimizing obstructions. The four full exposures and prominent urban corner create a unique design opportunity. The tower is recognizable from all directions and features metal and glass "lanterns" at the top of the building. When viewed at night, the lanterns lend a unique character to the building. Generous floor plans complement a unique suite of amenities, including a pool and New York City's first residential music studio space.
