34 Leonard Street

34 Leonard Street is a contemporary, mixed-use building that respects the historic character of its surroundings in the heart of Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood.

BBB's design for 34 Leonard Street, located adjacent to the designated Tribeca Historic District, is a modern interpretation of a street wall building. On the exterior, the building harmonizes in both scale and details with the nearby landmark-designated industrial loft buildings, while its interior public spaces incorporate references to industrial architecture with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic. The building is eight stories tall plus a mechanical penthouse, and includes 16 condominiums and ground floor retail. Residences range in size from 1,500-2,800 SF, among a mixture of one, two, and 3-bedroom units, and there is a 3,200 SF penthouse with a private terrace. Additional amenities include a roof terrace, wine cellar, fitness room, pet wash, and storage space.
